Tourism Development
Tourism is a growth industry for Nebraska. From birding trails to hunting tours, from historical sites to natural wonders, Nebraska has much to offer its visitors. The Rural Initiative helps communities capture the opportunities offered by tourism with two main programs: Red Carpet Service and Visitor Surveys. The Initiative also supports University of Nebraska researchers exploring Nebraska tourism opportunities.
